*If payment is not received within the 7 day time period, the bird(s) will be released from the agreement and be available for sale.

*Deposit does not include any shipping costs (Shipping fees will be invoiced separately from the birds as transportation costs may vary according to fuel costs and other variables)

*Payment will be accepted via PayPal, Credit Card (through PayPal), Postal Money Order, or Personal Check.

*When paying by Personal Check, bird(s) will not be released until the check has cleared
my bank.

avoid the additional 3% transaction fee.  If directions are not followed, buyer will be
    responsible for PayPal transaction fee.

*Once a deposit has been received, payment-in-full must be received within 30 days, otherwise the sale will be considered cancelled and the birds will be placed back on the Sales List.

*Unless prior arrangements have been made by the Seller, birds will not be held longer than 30 days unless the deposit is on birds still being handfed.
*If birds are to be held for more than the normal one month hold time, this time frame
must be agreed upon by both Buyer and Seller at time of sale
*If bird is still being handfed, I will hold them for 2 weeks after they are available to be
picked up. All hand-fed babies are held by seller until the bird refuses feeding for one
week after being weaned (this one week is not included in the 2-week hold time)
*Most wean around 8-9 weeks, but some sooner and some take longer. Buyer will be
informed as soon as babies are available for pickup
*If 1 or more birds are bought after original purchase but during this one-month hold
time, I will extend the hold time an additional 2 weeks so long as a payment to include
the new birds is made within 7 days of agreement to buy the new bird

*No birds will be shipped or picked up without full payment being received. If birds are to be picked up and money is still due, then only cash will be accepted. No exceptions!

*If bird(s) are not shipped, delivered or picked up by the final hold date, then a $1.00 per day, per bird boarding fee will be charged beginning the day the hold date ends until the buyer takes possession of bird(s). This charge must be paid in full before buyer can receive their bird(s).
*If bird(s) are not picked up for 2 weeks after the hold date expires, they will be placed
back on the Sales List and no monies will be refunded.

*If at any time during the sale, the Buyer cancels their purchase, any monies already paid will not be refunded to the Buyer.
